LIDO DEGLI ESTENSI. A touch of Oriental flavour on our Lidi Ferraresi, brought along by the 5th edition of the haute couture fashion parade called “The Arabian Nights”, inspired by Morocco and belly dancers. Every summer this event catches the attention of both the public and members of the fashion industry. More than 20 professional models coming from different model agencies took over the catwalk, along with 5 male models, one of whom was an American guy called Christopher. Among the 400 people who attended the event and voted for their favourite creations, there were important fashion designers as well as other famous people. 3 students of the Vitali Fashion School attended the contest: Ilaria Boldrini, Anna Seren and Claudia Deserti, while IPSIA institute creations which paraded on the catwalk were more than 10. The jury was composed of the whole council of Comacchio, the Ferrara CNA Group and Federmoda (that organises the Riccione contest for young stylists). At the end of the night fashion stylist Patty Effe thanked Sauro Fioravanti and the members of the Lido Estensi union for their constant support in the creation and the promotion of such a big event. |
1st place. Claudia Deserti of Vitali Fashion School in Ferrara win a cup, a holiday for two people in Sardinia, sponsored by Poppilia Tour agency in Lido Estensi and a stage offered by Patty Effe and Federmoda (gothic style creatios).
2nd place. Anna Seren of Vitali Fashion School in Ferrara, won the silver medal thanks to her belle époque creations. She received the medal from the hands of the Lido Estensi Mayor and of Mr. Stefano Martelli, a Miss Teenager agent.
3rd place . The IPSIA institute received the bronze medal from the Mayor and the New Star agency for one creation |
